The ENVIRONMENTAL DIVISION of HARDTECH GROUP is specialised in the project,design and supply of equipments for integral treatment of waters and sludges as well as urban and industrial solid wastes recycling plants.

We have developed compact treatment plants prefabricated and assembled instructures of the container type ISO 20 or 40 feet, mounted in modules that give a great operative flexibility since the plant can be operated in series or in parallel. This allows easy enlargements if the physical and chemical conditions of the water or the amount of water to be treated changes. This is our range of HYDROCONTAINERS.

Our Hydrocontainers come ready for use, and they only need connections ofsupplying water, discharge water, sewage, electric energy, and air if necessary.

Our production program is very flexible and it can be adapted to any use of water,from treatments for making water usable for humane use (potabilization, desalination) going through treatments for conditioning these waters for industrial use (cooling, production of steam, etc.) to its purifying to comply with the strictest rules about waste water going into rivers, lakes or sea.

Processes treated by our monobloc HYDROCONTAINERS plants, compact systemsfor:

• Potabilization of river, lake and other waters.
• Desalination of sea waters and salty water through a reverse osmosis system
• Demineralization and ionic exchange for industrial uses
• Biological purification of city waste waters
• Industrial waste water purification by physical, chemical and biological processes
• Dewatering of the sludges generated in these processes
